- How much is a deposit?

- What is a retainer?

A retainer is an extra fee to secure availability. It allows for proper scheduling for your project as well as others. A retainer is a fixed $27 dollar fee, for 30days. Only that months retainer is refundable if you choose not to go ahead with the project.

- I don't have a PayPal account how can i pay?

PayPal accepts all major credit cards, and best of all you don't need an account to use it. If you prefer to send a check or a money order, arrangements can be made. Projects will not begin until payments have cleared.

- What file formats can you provide, and do you charge extra for a certain type?

AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, TIFF and PDF. Most projects wont need the source file, but a hi-resolution file will be supplied for any project design. Ai source is extra.

- How long are files kept?

I try to keep all files, but can only guarantee 6months after completion on any files you have missed places.

- Can my work be kept private (non included in the portfolio)?

Of course, just ask!

- How often will i be updated?

Typically design updates are provided every two-three days.

- Can you provide a rush job?

No job should be a rush job. More then likely your project isn't the only one being worked on. Overtime work can be provide at extra cost.

- Why the login form?

The login form takes you to a secured part of the site, the Client area. Do you have to use the client area? No. The purpose of the client area is to help serve you better by keeping all files, and communications in one place. It also provides an organized way to give proper feedback, as well as approve all design submissions.
