By having emails, it not only protects us both when talking about a project, but also cuts down on any miscommunication. Dm’s and other typed communication also works. Please allow up to 48hours for a response.

Currently, I accept Paypal, Credit cards, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle and cashapp.

After you message me about the scope of the project, and how you’d like to pay. I’ll send an invoice for your record and you can pay via your preferred method.

Every project is different, but there is a guarantee 3-day first draft turnaround after the start of the project. Complete turnaround for smaller projects is typically 7 days, but can get fast-tracked for an additional fee.

It depends on the project. Most will be a high-quality display or print ready Jpeg, Png or Pdf. Some packages will also include a source file ( which is an additional fee ).

All files are kept at least 6months.

Once a draft has been sent, no refunds are allowed. Some of the larger projects I do allow 30-50% depots.
